VOTE NO: Amendment 4: regards the votes needed to pass an initiative petition. It changes votes needed from a simple majority of votes cast to a majority in every congressional district.

VOTE NO: Amendment 5This measure gives the Mo Legislature the ability to expand sales taxes without a vote of the people. Proceeds from these sales taxes will be used to reduce income taxes. An estimate of 80% of Missourians will see taxes go up should this pass.
